Thank you for quite comfortable stay, having setting close to the old town. The people working here are amiable and nice. The room is exceptionally clean and bright in my phone, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is short walk to the church and bell, the train station, and shops.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the privacy and space offered by the room. We had ample room to relax and unwind, making it feel like our own private oasis. the location was ideal for a city break, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions. Being conveniently located made it hassle-free to explore the city and make the most of our time there. Plus, the efficient call center was a great support, responding promptly when we needed assistance.

The cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. The room cleaning could have been better, as we found the floor to be dusty upon arrival.

Our little ones especially loved the spacious living area where they could play and relax after a long day of sightseeing. With clean towels, a hairdryer, and cooking utensils readily available, we felt right at home in this family-friendly apartment.

The location of Visionapartments was perfect, with convenient tram stops nearby and plenty of restaurants and markets in the vicinity. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It offered great value compared to the expensive hotels in Zurich.

One specific situation that happened to me was the issue with the door code upon arrival. Although it was an inconvenience, the staff quickly responded and provided alternative codes via phone and email until one worked.
